Gift With Purchase Offers
Where Ascent Collection offers a gift with purchase promotion, the offer is subject to the conditions stated at the time of promotion and the general terms below.
- One free gift per customer unless otherwise stated.
- The minimum spend must be reached in a single transaction.
- Gift with purchase offers are available to Australian orders only unless otherwise specified.
- Offers are exclusive to purchases made on the Ascent Collection website unless otherwise stated.
- Discounted items, gift cards, event or workshop ticket purchases, shipping and handling charges may be excluded from the qualifying spend.
- Free gifts are not exchangeable for another product and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift with purchase offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated.
- Where a free gift is automatically added to cart, eligibility is determined by the final cart total after discounts, point redemptions, vouchers or other deductions.
- If a qualifying purchased item is returned, the gift must also be returned or the gift value may be deducted from the refund.
- All gift with purchase offers are available while stocks last.
Free Shipping Offers
When offered, free shipping applies to eligible standard domestic orders in Australia unless otherwise specified.
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
- Express shipping may be available at extra cost.
- Where free shipping is offered over a specified spend, the cart must meet the required amount after point redemption, discounts, gift vouchers and excluded items.
- Free shipping offers may exclude wholesale, practitioner, trade or other special accounts where applicable.
Subscriptions
Where subscription products are offered by Ascent Collection, the following terms apply unless otherwise stated on the product or subscription page.
- A subscription item may not be able to be cancelled until after the third shipment.
- Subscriptions can only be paid by approved payment methods such as credit card, debit card or PayPal where available.
- Payment details are stored securely by the relevant payment processor.
- Subscription shipments will be dispatched after successful payment.
- The delivery address saved in your account will be used for subscription shipments.
- If an item is shipped to an incorrect address or returned to sender due to customer error, the customer may incur another delivery fee.
- After the minimum subscription period, customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the next shipment date.
- Subscription products ship on the anniversary of the first order date or at the selected delivery frequency.
- Subscriptions may be available at intervals such as 1, 2, 3 or 4 months, where offered.
- Subscriptions may be excluded from promotional offers, discounts or gift with purchase promotions unless expressly stated.
- If we make repeated attempts to contact you regarding a subscription issue and do not receive a response, we may cancel your subscription. You may re-subscribe at any time.
Online Gift Cards
Online gift cards are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase and any applicable law.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are not transferable to another person unless permitted by Ascent Collection.
- Gift cards may have a three-year expiry date unless a different expiry is required by law.
- Gift cards must be redeemed before the expiry date.
- Ascent Collection is not liable for stolen, lost or shared gift card codes, and replacement may not be available in these circumstances.
- Gift cards may not be able to be purchased using coupons, promotional offers, store credits or loyalty rewards.
- Gift card purchases do not count toward gift with purchase promotions or other spend-based offers unless expressly stated.
Loyalty Program
Where Ascent Collection offers a loyalty or rewards program, the program is our way of thanking customers for their continued support. By participating, you agree to the applicable loyalty program terms.
Eligibility
Customers who create an account on our website may be eligible to join the program. Unless otherwise stated, there are no additional fees to join.
Earning Points
Members may be able to earn points through eligible activities such as purchases, referrals, social media actions, birthday rewards, product reviews or other promotional activities.
Point Status
- Approved: points available to redeem.
- Pending: points requiring verification before redemption.

Product Reviews
We accept both positive and negative reviews. Reviews may be moderated before publication, which means they may take time to appear on our website.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit or shorten reviews at our discretion. Reviews must not contain content that is:
- false, misleading or fraudulent;
- defamatory, obscene, suggestive, threatening, harassing, abusive or offensive;

Review Media
If you submit images, video or other media with a review, the media must support your review and show the relevant purchased product or genuine use of the product. Non-compliant media may be rejected and associated rewards may not be issued.
